Madrid is the community with more creations and Catalonia, which has a greater number of competitions, both in October and taken together.

Madrid, November 5, 2010. – According to the survey on business demography published by INFORMS D & B, Group company CESCE leading provider of Business Information, Finance and Marketing, during October 2010 have created 5106 companies in Spain, which is the lowest figure so far this year and a decrease of 13.18% over the same month in 2009 and 2.05% over the previous September. However, constitutions in the first ten months of this year, 67,267, up 2.27% compared with 2009, with an average per month, 6,727, surpassing the 6,635 last year.

The capital invested in October, 255,112,359 euros, down substantially by 72.68%, compared to EUR 933 763 638 September, the month in which a record was reached, while a 19.04% higher invested in October last year. The accumulated so far this year, EUR 4,867,361,254, a 23.85% exceeds the figure of last year, with an average per company, 72,359 euros, 59,325 euros over 2009.

Solutions in October 1390, decreased by 13.77% over the same month last year. The amount accumulated in the first ten months of the year, 18,191, representing an increase of 2.39%.

October reached a record of competitions, 624, the highest this year and the prior, exceeding the 27.09% October 2009. For the full year are 4,341, an increase of 3.04% compared to 4,213 last year.
