The aspects most valued by workers of a company is a good atmosphere at work and security in it, according to a survey by consulting firm Strategic Marketing RMG & Associates to learn how to be the ideal company, through the Forum International Marketing.

In the same report notes that the competitiveness of a business depends on having a team of highly motivated and have a good communication policy, as 32 to 23% of respondents, respectively.

Other relevant data extracted from the study is that over 24% of respondents in the ideal company must be possible to provide ideas while 15% opt for the delegation of roles and responsibilities. On the other hand, in the fashion business are measures of corporate social responsibility (CSR) or facilitate the reconciliation of work, however, the reality of the survey shows that for 58.55% of workers believe that companies actually not carry out this type of labor policy.
